Note: In the checkout process, when you click Buy Now button, The first thing you need to put is the Recepient name (Receiver), then your billing information will come next.

How do I pay my orders ?

You may pay via international Credit Cards such as Visa and MasterCard. You will be billed in US Dollars.  We accept electronic checks also.

Are there any extra charges ?

We have a small delivery fee charges for Metro Manila Areas, we charged $5 dollars and Outside Metro Manila $10 dollars.
 

Can I order multiple items?

You can order more than one item to be sent either to the same delivery address or to different addresses. Remember, that flowers arranged in a vases and baskets is only available in Metro Manila Areas and nearby provinces.
 

How do I know  you got my order

When placing your order online, after your payment has been accepted you will see a confirmation, and you will be then be sent an email detailing your order. If you do not receive any email confirmation within an hour please call Customer Service 09204050780.

Can I pre- order in advance?

We will accept orders up to 12 months in advance.
